This webinar, held on Wednesday 7 June 2017, featured presentations from academics and practitioners about how to eliminate and mitigate the distraction of communication technology.
Topics covered include best practice policies and procedures relating to buying, leasing and maintaining vehicles, monitoring and assessing employees who drive cars, and enabling public transport and active travel.
Topics included the addictiveness and distractions of different technologies, and a case study from a fleet operator who has successfully implemented a ban on all at-wheel phone use, including hands-free.
